Futures College has a long-term proven record of developing effective, influential leaders and we invite you to partner with us to develop the future leaders in your church.
In this partnership students from your church who undertake the Diploma of Leadership provided by Alphacrucis College can also benefit from the internship development plan provided by Influencers College.
Through this program we offer support and enhanced learning experiences to your students and help you design and deliver effective mentoring experiences within your local church.
Partnering with Futures Leadership College has the following benefits.
Enhanced learning experience
Futures College provides enhanced learning experiences to supplement the Alphacrucis materials through additional lectures, tutorials and support. The content is given a local church context where it can be applied and outworked in your church.
Leadership culture
Through scheduled leadership tutorials your students will be exposed to the leadership culture of Futures Church as they explore the application of course material to local church leadership.
Ongoing student support
Our tutors offer academic support to your students through scheduled tutorials and one on one assistance as needed with assessments and coursework.
Ongoing supervisor support
Your student supervisors will be able to access guidance and support from our experienced ministry team on setting up and managing the student ministry experiences including enhanced internship experiences.
Financial benefits
A percentage of student fees paid to Alphacrucis College will be returned to your church. Please contact the College for details.
FAQ's
The Diploma of Leadership is a 1-year full-time course but may be completed part-time over a maximum of 4 years.
Students complete the Diploma of Christian Leadership delivered online by Alphacrucis College and have access to additional online lectures and tutorials presented by the Influencers Church leadership team.
Students also undertake approximately 7.5 hours of practical ministry experience in your local church per week.
Each Alphacrucis subject costs $1340.
The Alphacrucis Diploma of Leadership qualifies for Fee Help for domestic students and qualifying full-time students have access to Centrelink benefits.
The partnership relationship is designed to provide students with an enhanced internship experience but other options are also available including:
- Study only option (includes only 2.5 hours ministry experience per week.)
- Chaplaincy upgrade (Delivered in partnership with Chaplaincy Australia.)
