Day Thirty-Six: What are you waiting for?

Ecclesiastes 11:4 TLB

If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done.

Let’s stop for just a moment. We’re now 36 days into this journey of 100 days of bold action. How are you feeling so far? Has your life changed? Has your perspective, stepping into a new year, a new decade, shifted? I hope so.

If you’re anything like me, the biggest thing standing in your way isn’t the enemy, it’s yourself. Often times we are in search of the perfect solution, the perfect opportunity, the perfect job, the perfect person, and truth be told, they don’t exist. But our search for this perfection often leaves us crippled from ever advancing or living the life we know God has promised us personally, and has written in His word.

You need to know today that boldness and courage are not personality types. It’s a lie to believe that only extraverts are bold and courageous. Boldness and being courageous are decisions that we choose to make.

Luke 10:19

Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy

If you have all authority, you simply can not lose. The only way you lose is when you stop trusting, stop believing, and stop deciding to be bold and believe that what God has said is true.

Remember, God told Joshua to “ONLY BE strong and courageous.” (Joshua 1:7)

So how about you decide today, not to be erratic, but to be bold and decisive in your decisions, asking the Holy Spirit for guidance and begin living the life you’ve been hoping for.

Blessings,
